Project Details

Panda Markham is Lifetime Development’s first development proposal in the City of Markham; its goal is to transform and revitalize a 5.8 – acre site at 8200 Warden Avenue into a vibrant, mixed-use community that will provide much-needed housing for the City of Markham’s burgeoning population.

This landmark condominium community is proposed to include five residential towers with supporting retail at a grade that will not only enhance the City’s skyline but will enrich the neighbourhood with stunning architecture while connecting residents to the best of Markham and the Greater Toronto Area.
