On the Georgian Bay beach in Collingwood, Ontario, this location is the largest undeveloped land lot (312 acres). For 430 dwellings, development approvals have already been obtained. For up to 1,200 mid-rise condos in a pedestrian-friendly “village” setting, a new thorough master plan has been prepared.
A 250-acre nature preserve with 1.5 km of waterfront, recreational pathways, boardwalks, gazebos, and fire pits will surround these architecturally styled neighborhoods.
