The project will also include a luxury boutique hotel and the preservation of the highest heritage façade ever retained in Canada.
- Lakeside Residences: Located on the East Bayfront at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard East, this is a master-planned community consisting of seven towers, approximately 2,000 residential units and over 30,000 square feet of retail. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the development will establish a lively urban community with modern amenities and public spaces.
